Indie-Pop aus Luxemburg

Die Luxemburger Band, die seit acht Jahren zusammen Musik macht, ist 2019 mit ihrem neuen Album ‚Proportions’ zurück. Nach ihrem Debut-Album ‚Wandering’ das über eine Million Streams auf Spotify erreichte, tourte die Band die letzten Jahre in Deutschland, Frankreich und Luxemburg und spielte u.a. auf renommierten Showcase Festivals, wie dem Reeperbahn Festival, und im Vorprogramm internationaler Acts wie Beirut, The Temper Trap, Juli und Villagers.

Über die Jahre hat die Band ihren schlichten Roots-Folk zu einem energiegeladenen Indie-Pop weiterentwickelt, der an Bands wie Bombay Bicycle Club und Ben Howard erinnert. Mit eingängigen Melodien zwischen zarten Indie-Klängen und britischem Shoegaze der 80er Jahre nimmt das neue Album ‚Proportions’ Musikfans auf eine Reise durch Indie-Gitarren, Synth-Pop und Afrobeats mit, und bestätigt Seed to Tree’s Reputation als Luxemburgs unberechenbarste Indie-Band.

Them Lights is a dark tunnel of 80s reminiscence flashes and modern electronica.
Multi-instrumentalist, producer, singer and songwriter Sacha Hanlet correlates in a wide range of genres from pulsating electronica, dark pop to soulful R’n’B.
Having toured the world as the drummer of the math-rock band Mutiny On The Bounty for almost two decades, it wasn't until 2017 that he started to produce his very own sounds and explore his eternal love for arpeggios, 80’s synthesizers and groove.
A series of singles leading to his debut EP and a first headline show are scheduled for 2022.
